Production and Cost Control Manager

Qualifications

• At least 5 years related experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, industrial engineering, or manufacturing management
• Strong background in Production Planning & Control
• Knowledgeable in FPC or PCB manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budget management, forecasting, procurement, resource allocation, and cost control
• Proficiency with production management software
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
• Knowledgeable in MS Office
• Good analytical and critical thinking skills
