- Independently design and execute training programs for the sales teams of general agents or distributors, including new product launch training and regular distributor training.
- Develop localized training courseware and materials, combining the training resources provided by headquarters.
- Lead training for the general agents or distributors within the management area, ensuring timely implementation and progress of various training programs.
