MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Training Delivery & Facilitation
Deliver engaging and impactful training programs for new and existing employees, including onboarding, product knowledge, client experience, and selling skills.Adapt training content and delivery methods to meet the needs of diverse retail audiences.Support the implementation of global training initiatives.2. Training Content Preparation & Translation
