Awesome CX by Transcom is looking for a Product Trainer to join our Davao site. This role will focus on ensuring that all new hires and existing specialists are equipped with the product knowledge, soft skills, and systems proficiency needed to deliver world‑class player support from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver onboarding training for new hires on tools, systems, and product knowledge
- Provide continuous learning through upskilling, refresher, and performance-based training
- Measure training effectiveness using performance metrics, feedback, and analysis
- Create and maintain training materials, job aids, and knowledge base resources
- Support production floor and collaborate with teams and clients to improve performance
