Product Tech Support Eng Iii (Ciudad Apodaca)

Johnson Controls is looking for a Product Tech Support Engineer to support our Tier II Chiller Product Technical Support role.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the Field Sales product, including failed components and defects.
• Drive product reliability through the Continuous Improvement Process for existing and new products.
• Collaborate with service branch leadership to drive branch-level improvements.
• Support key customer accounts as a technical resource to the branches.
• Educate JCI associates in technical discussions on failure modes and their impact on equipment and customers.
• Proficiently troubleshoot the refrigeration cycle as applied to air‑conditioning duty on BE equipment.
• Manage technical escalations from Tier I.
• Provide technical support during on‑site audits of BE plants, suppliers, and customer sites.
