Job Description
- To provide prompt and qualified repair support (repair advice) to the dealership network
- On-site diagnosis and repair of problem vehicles, work closely with workshop staff
- To submit repair inquiries to the manufacturer with all necessary follow-ups
- Review and coaching of technical workshop topics
- Active data recording and evaluation as well as detection of new field errors with detailed analyses, field monitoring
- Ensure sustainable improvement in technical service processes
- Ensure all work carried out comply with safety and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with other departments on a variety of projects.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Diploma in Automotive engineering or similar discipline preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry preferred.
