The Product Support Specialist, Repairs will troubleshoot and repair infusion pumps in clinical settings, diagnose technical problems, and perform preventive maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to external customers for proprietary software & hardware issues.
- Perform reactive and proactive preventive maintenance on infusion pumps.
- Own service orders and ensure escalation processes are followed.
- Interview customers to collect information on known issues and lead diagnostic procedures.
- Log and track all service order activity in SAP ECC, Salesforce and maintain service history records.
- Consult with advanced team members to understand software and hardware errors.
- Clean, maintain, and restore equipment to manufacturer specifications.
- Assist with picking and packing of medical equipment.
