This role is instrumental in developing and improving RingCentral’s AI products, specifically AIR, our AI powered receptionist. As a Product Support Receptionist you’ll have the opportunity to interact with customers of our clients and assist them on their concerns by gathering details, documenting, and relaying to clients.
