Product Support Lead: APIs, SaaS & Escalations

Strider is looking for a Product Support Manager based in San Isidro, Buenos Aires. In this mid-senior position, you will lead a team to handle complex technical support issues and collaborate with Product and Engineering to drive continuous improvements.

Your main responsibilities will include defining strategies to enhance support processes and response times while maintaining high-quality communications with customers. A degree in a related field and extensive software support experience are preferred.
