About the Role

You'll be the bridge between our users and internal teams, ensuring issues are resolved quickly while identifying opportunities to improve creator engagement and satisfaction.

- Respond to creator queries via messages and calls, received through the support dashboard, ensuring resolution within defined SLAs.
- Resolve creator concerns and provide timely, accurate solutions to ensure a great user experience.
