We’re looking for a Product Support Engineer to join our team and help deliver exceptional customer support. This role requires a unique blend of strong communication skills and technical expertise—you’ll be assisting customers by directly troubleshooting, debugging, and fixing code issues. We work with JavaScript/React/Redux on the client side and C#/.Net on the server side in a complex, high-performance distributed architecture that counts milliseconds. Around 500,000 users rely on our service every day.
Responsibilities
Manage technical inquiries and support requests via email.
Troubleshoot and resolve straightforward issues in C# and JavaScript code.
Escalate complicated cases to the development team when needed.
Keep customers informed on the status and progress of their requests.
