Role Summary
Ericsson is looking for a Product Support Co‑op to join the EUHW CX TS AMER team in Ottawa. The role involves providing technical support to customers, ensuring smooth product integration into customer networks, and resolving issues. The term is 12‑16 months with 8‑hour workdays (40 hrs per week).
What You Will Do
- Set up products, conduct testing, and reproduce faults in Ericsson labs using baseband units, radios, user equipment, and hardware.
- Troubleshoot and analyze customer issues following established processes (e.g., CSRs, Design Consultations, TRs), and liaise with design teams for issue resolution.
- Collaborate with the data analytics team to assess network impact by translating technical requirements and analyzing results.
