Product Analyst – Application & Technical Support
Provide application and technical support for Infor Velocity – FSM Financial Management for global customers and partners. Update tickets for internal and external clients, collaborate with teams to deliver optimal solutions. Excellent communicator, capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Works permanent night shift and is flexible to a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays as business needs. Handles high volume incidents and demonstrates strong customer management skills.
Typical Day
- Provide product support to Infor Velocity Suite – FSM Financial Management customers.
- Serve as the primary support liaison between the company and customer, documenting incidents in required tracking systems.
- Perform follow‑up, testing, and troubleshooting, including remote desktop sessions via Zoom or Net Meeting.
