product support americas engineer works with all the service and project team in order to support them on technical issues, sales oportunity, FSE intervention support. His experience and high technical skill convert him as a referent in term of technical knowledge about the sidel equipment.
**Your Mission**:
Product Support Region Engineer is part of Product Support Region organization.
The resource has to secure the operational follow up & technical support of all beverage products (aseptic and not) for combi filling and stand-alone technology, throughout the whole life of the machine.
**Your Profile**:
- 5 years at least of technical assistance or field experience
- Knowledge of beverage technology : combi/stand alone technology in CSD and beer
- Ability to manage and satisfy customer requests
- English speaker and writer mandatory, italian can be a plus
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
