Qualifications
- Holder of a degree in fields related to Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in platform operations, system support, technical operations, IT Support, LMS Management, or digital product management.
Principal Functions and Responsibilities
Management & Operations
- Generates, validates, and reconciles access codes and accounts for local platforms.
- Maintains organized and secure logs of client account credentials.
- Monitors imported platform activities and version updates from foreign partners.
- Ensures timely release of access or account details as approved by the Officer.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinates with Finance, Credits and Collections, and Inventory Management teams for invoice and product verification. ...
