Product Quality Engineer (Saltillo)

The Product Quality Engineer reports directly to the Product Quality Engineering Manager and functionally to the Product Quality Engineering Leader. The Engineer acts as the plant’s quality reference for the technical scope (organic, functional, process) and ensures industrialization of new parts, defect analysis, convergence of quality results in new and in‑use stages, and ICA action identification. The role coordinates supplier quality on the assigned panel.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Lead external customer satisfaction for all external KPIs such as 3MIS, 1MIS, PDI, Consumer Report, JDP, and social media.
• Meet Quality/Product/Process operational requirements.
• Lead customer claims investigations to identify root cause and implement corrective actions.
• Integrate engineering product‑related changes into the assembly plant.
• Resolve complex issues using advanced problem solving.
