Overview
The Product and Process Specialist (PPS) in Paint Shop is an Engineer dedicated to assuring the compliance of all the corporate process standard requirements from the BIW final stage until the last paint inspection in Final Line and Customer audits, meeting safety, quality, cost and delivery expectations. For the compliance of these requirements the PPS needs to monitor quality KPIs and implement improvement plans, working with other areas of the paint shop and plant and involving paint suppliers.

- Update and analyze main Paint Shop Quality KPIs (FTC shop, final line, CPA, Warranty).
- Produce units in paint shop comply all requirements stated in Paint Process Standards.
