Responsibilities
As a Product Policy Manager for GenAI Safety and Emerging Products within Trust & Safety, you will work at the intersection of technology and policy to enable innovation while protecting users.
- Shape safety-by-design solutions for AI‑powered and other emerging products and features.
- Research and define product risks, and develop appropriate safety policies, guidelines, and enforcement strategies.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, User Research, Operations, Legal, Public Policy, and other cross‑functional stakeholders to design and launch safe and compliant products.
- Develop, review, and refine product‑specific policies for GenAI and other emerging products and features, ensuring they are clear, defensible, enforceable, and aligned with business strategy, regulatory standards, and user safety requirements.
