Responsibilities
PRIMARY PURPOSE
Manages the product lifecycle within the strategic framework of BTS and relevant business units, working collaboratively with various stakeholders (including senior leaders) across the enterprise. Works with business stakeholders, BTS, and solution providers to ensure products deliver on user needs, maximize value, and facilitate effective communication.
Key Accountabilities
- Contributes to the vision, roadmap and return on investment of one or more products. Oversees short to medium‑term planning and manages the product life cycle. Accountable for continuously adding value to the product and empowering the development team. Assesses the true needs of the business and decides on work to be performed by the team. Makes recommendations to the stakeholders in making informed decisions about product delivery.
