Role Overview
Product Owner (m/f/d) is responsible for maximizing the value delivered by Agile teams by defining, prioritizing, and managing the product backlog in alignment with Allianz Group’s business and transformation objectives. Operating in a Scaled Agile environment, the role acts as the primary interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring clarity of requirements, transparency of priorities, and compliance with Allianz governance standards. The Product Owner works closely with Scrum Masters, Architects, Developers, and business stakeholders and reports functionally to the Tribe or Program Lead within Operations Engineering & Transformation.
