Responsibilities
- Product definition & planning: gather and structure initiatives with global and local stakeholders; define, prioritize, and validate chatbot use cases based on value and feasibility; build business cases, impact forecasts, and product roadmaps; define milestones, releases, and implementation plans.
- Coordination & delivery: coordinate global product, AI, and tech teams with local country teams; manage backlog, dependencies, risks, and timelines using agile practices; ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery of product initiatives.
