Position Summary
Reporting to the Director, Innovation & IT Services , the Product Owner. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team. The Product Owner will report directly to the Director of Innovation & IT Services, who acts as the Product Manager. This role will be primarily focused on the enhancement of user experience for our digital platforms including mobile app and the billing platform. The Product Owner focuses on guiding the customer and user experience on these platforms. The successful candidate will advocate for customer experience to ensure value is brought to the customer, ultimately leading to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
