Why We’re Hiring This Role The current system handles more than 70 % of inbound sales and service requests (over 50k chats per month) but is spread across six locations with no single source of truth. This role will own the integration of next‑generation LLMs, human‑in‑the‑loop feedback, and computer‑use agents to end‑to‑end automate these processes.
