Job Summary

The Product Operations Lead is part of the store leadership team responsible for executing store product strategy, product operations, and inventory management. They lead inventory shifts, oversee all back‑of‑house (BOH) product operations, and ensure both floor and BOH are stocked and organized. They contribute to performance evaluations, hiring recommendations, act as Supervisor on Duty (SOD) during inventory shifts, and deliver a world‑class guest experience when working on the floor.
