Location & Reporting

Based in Sevilla, Spain (option available for the UK) and reporting to the Europe POST Manager. Interaction with repair activities in Riga and Bangalore and expert centers in UK and China.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead customer product field failure investigations and perform root cause analysis to component level using 8D methodology.
  
• Provide Technical Expert Assessment reports (TEX) in 8D format.
  
• Identify patterns or hardware design weaknesses, propose solutions in collaboration with global hardware design teams, L3 technical support, and quality teams to confirm root cause and implement corrective and preventi...
