- Manage and maintain digital library resources, subscriptions, and title listings.
- Prepare product presentations, pricing proposals, marketing materials, and other related documents.
- Coordinate with local and foreign publishers regarding quotations, subscriptions, account setup, technical support, and usage reports.
- Process and monitor purchase orders, requisitions, and other subscription-related requirements.
- Recommend alternative resources based on client needs and product availability.
- Monitor subscription renewals and provide updated pricing information to the Sales Team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
