Overview
In this role you drive go-to-market planning across launch stages for a midcore game, shaping decisions with market insight. You own the creative strategy, from brand guidelines to efficient brief creation, including AI-assisted workflows. You monitor the competitive landscape using industry tools and collaborate with UA, Creative, Data, and Business teams to align on shared goals. You will help build lightweight pipelines and empower agentic workflows to scale impact.
Responsibilities- Drive go-to-market planning across all launch stages (Tech Launch, Alpha, Beta, Soft Launch, Global Launch)
- Leverage knowledge of midcore games and players to guide decisions
- Own creative strategy, define brand guidelines and creative pillars, support AI-assisted brief creation
- Monitor competitors using tools like Sensor Tower, Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, YouTube Ads
