Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of payment products tailored to the Latin American market.
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps based on market insights, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with acquiring partners, issuers, payment institutions, and merchants to expand product adoption.
- Analyze market regulations, competitive landscape, and consumer behaviors to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technology, operations, legal, marketing, etc.) to ensure successful delivery and go-to-market execution.
- Monitor product performance and continuously optimize user experience and commercial results.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the payments industry within Latin America.
