Product Manager: Token Economics & Incentives

Chainlink Labs is looking for a professional to lead the design of compensation and incentive systems for Node Operators who are critical in powering decentralized finance (DeFi) within the Chainlink network.

The ideal candidate will have experience in economic model communication and building reliable payment workflows. This position requires collaboration with data science and engineering teams to create systems that improve the performance and reliability of the operations.

All roles are global and remote-based.
