Lead the brand strategy to drive short- and long-term profitable growth by developing and executing effective marketing plans, leveraging consumer and market insights to strengthen brand positioning and competitiveness.
Functions
- Define and manage brand strategy(ies) to maximize sales and profitability.
- Develop, lead, and execute integrated marketing plans, including digital strategy, ensuring effective budget allocation.
- Design and deliver distinctive communication across the full consumer funnel to drive brand growth.
- Initiate and manage market research projects to generate strong consumer and customer insights.
- Work closely with Sales and Trade teams to identify opportunities, and develop loyalty strategies and consumer promotions.
- Collaborate with and influence key stakeholders (Finance, Sales, Trade, Supply).
- Manage full P&L responsibility for assigned brands.
