Responsibilities
- Manage the product and corresponding lifecycle of Singtel’s Managed Services portfolio including SD-WAN and SSE solutions.
- Manage the product’s cost structure, roadmap, product positioning, commercial model, and product P&L.
- Strengthen the competitiveness of Singtel SD-WAN by enabling both Singtel-led AI initiatives and curating relevant principal-led AI programmes for integration into the portfolio.
- Improve the efficiency, scalability, and operational resilience of the end-to-end SD-WAN service by driving automation and embedding AI-Ops into day-to-day business operations.
- Develop product policies, performance and streamline processes within Singtel. Ensure comprehensive documentation of processes and product specification.
- Plan and develop new product, creating features, capabilities, establishing pricing and benchmarking to ensure product’s relevance, competitiveness, and meeting market needs.
