Responsibilities

  • Drive Product Strategy & Discovery: Define and own the long‑term vision, strategy, and roadmap for your Flights team, translating market trends and customer feedback into actionable opportunities.
  • Execute within the POM: Act as a daily driver of the Product Operating Model, balancing new customer‑facing features with technical debt and platform enablement work.
  • Own the Backlog: Lead prioritization, sequencing, and refinement of the product backlog, partnering closely with engineering and design leads to ensure feasibility and alignment with desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Partner with Product Designers, UX Researchers, Marketing, and Engineering teams (specializing in Elixir, Java, and Node.js) to design end‑to‑end solutions across internal platforms and third‑party supplier integrations.
