Product Manager – Roof Ventilation, Vacuum

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive product line strategies aligned with our 5-year growth plan and product roadmap.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, collaborating with Sales, R&D, Marketing, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve product challenges.
• Manage product line extensions and new product projects using our established innovation process, ensuring governance and opportunity assessments are met.
• Deliver product training and ensure compliance with codes and standards across North America.
• Partner with Marketing to create compelling content and campaigns that expand market reach and strengthen brand presence.
• Attend national trade shows to enhance brand visibility, gather market intelligence, and engage with customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Insight and Innovation teams to capture customer feedback and identify growth opportunities.
