Product Manager — Property Management Platform

Overview
Take ownership of a complex, high-impact product area where you’ll build your product craft end-to-end — from discovery to delivery — while working with strong engineering and UX partners. This role offers hands‑on responsibility, exposure to a regulated banking environment, and rapid professional growth as you scale product practices across teams and locations.
Responsibilities
Own and continuously evolve the Product Roadmap, making priorities, milestones and cross-team dependencies transparent to stakeholders.
Maintain a continuously prioritized Product Backlog, ensuring user stories meet Definition of Ready with clear acceptance criteria and are aligned to roadmap objectives.
Lead and facilitate discovery activities (user research, prototyping, experiments) with UX and engineering to validate problems before building.
