Responsibilities
- Translate high-level business goals into functional pricing models (seat-based, consumption-based, or hybrid)
- Perform continuous analysis to ensure packaging aligns with customer value
- Define and manage the roadmap for the internal provisioning engine
- Collaborate with Engineering to build robust tracking for value metrics and metering
- Identify and resolve friction points in the activation process and remediate revenue leakage
- Serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Finance, and Engineering
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional experience
- Approximately 2 years in product management or a pricing analyst role
- Exposure to SaaS operations including service provisioning and data optimization
- Understanding of fundamental business metrics
- Ability to communicate with engineers regarding API-led activation and usage logs
