We are looking for an Automotive Product Lead to work for the most important Tier1, specialized in hard trim in the automotive sector based in Barcelona or Ávila.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in design and/or development of plastic parts for the automotive industry.
Expertise in exterior aesthetic plastic parts.
Knowledge of design rules for plastic parts, molds, injection process, and measurement of plastic parts on checking fixtures.
Experience in project management and coordination with internal teams and customers.
Good communication skills.
High level of English and French.
