Product Manager – Inventory Optimization (Santander)

The Product Manager for the SIDRA Inventory Tools team is responsible for facilitating delivery, enabling team performance, and ensuring the execution of SIDRA’s roadmap in alignment with key stakeholders such as Quality Control, SI Configuration, Sourcing, IT, and other Commercial Optimization teams.

This role plays a critical part in delivering inventory data accuracy, automation capabilities, and platform enhancements, directly impacting availability quality, partner performance, and commercial value.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Refinement, Review, Retrospective, Grooming) ensuring effectiveness and focus.
• Maintain a healthy and predictable delivery flow using Jira as the execution source of truth.
