Product Manager – Inventory Optimization - HBX Group (Palma)

Position Responsibilities

• Delivery & Scrum Facilitation
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Refinement, Review, Retrospective, Grooming) ensuring effectiveness and focus.
  • Maintain a healthy and predictable delivery flow using Jira as the execution source of truth.
  • Coach the team in agile practices promoting continuous improvement and autonomy.
• Roadmap & Governance
  • Support the Head of Inventory Tools in maintaining the roadmap and aligning delivery items with business priorities.
  • Ensure roadmap items are categorized (Committed / In Progress / Exploratory) and updated based on Jira insights.
  • Prepare governance artefacts (Excel roadmap backend, think‑cell updates, quarterly increments).
  • Create, review, and maintain quality tickets that are clear, well‑defined, and prioritized.
