Product Manager: Internal Platforms for Operations

Salmon Group Ltd. is seeking a Product Manager to own and develop internal platforms that power our Partners & Distribution operations in Manila. You will work at the intersection of Product and Operations, partnering with teams to streamline workflows and scale solutions across the business.

You’ll manage the full product lifecycle from problem discovery to pilot initiatives and rollout, with potential ownership of Agent App and workforce planning tools. Relocation to Manila is provided.
