As a Product Management Intern, you’ll support the team in building and improving next‑gen AI agent products that empower both customers and human agents.

• Support the end‑to‑end development of chatbot and AI‑agent features, from ideation to testing and iteration
• Assist in designing workflows that allow human agents to review, correct, and improve AI responses (e.g. feedback loops, annotations)
