Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive Grid Automation strategy in the context of a greater grid modernization platform
- Conduct market analysis, competitive analysis, pricing strategy and interface with the commercial marketing, sales engineering, and sales teams
- Oversee the full product lifecycle (ideation → development → launch → operations → end-of-life)
- Serve as the voice of the customer: conduct market research, competitive analysis, stakeholder engagement (utilities, partners, internal teams)
- Drive go-to-market planning including pricing strategy, value proposition, positioning, feature prioritization, support & training plans, and sales enablement
- Build, mentor and manage a high-performing product management organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business, or related technical field is required
