Responsibilities

• Understand user needs and the Spanish market by gathering feedback from users, partners, and stakeholders, and identify priorities.
• Work closely with the France product team to adapt existing features to Spanish regulatory, business and usage specifics.
• Prioritize product evolutions with PM France, the Lead PM and payroll/Human Resources consultants, balancing business impact, regulatory constraints and user experience.
• Help set up product processes and go‑to‑market plans to accelerate my Silae deployment in Spain.
