Product Manager, Control & Safety Ecosystem

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the 12-month roadmap for the platform’s control and safety layers
• Lead customer discovery and research to identify needs before technical development
• Position safety-critical architecture as a market differentiator aligned with global standards
• Orchestrate requirement architecture compliant with ISO 9001 and SIL standards
• Act as strategic lead for global regulatory shifts like EU Machinery Regulation and Cyber Resilience Act
• Own the requirement lifecycle for safety‑critical hardware‑software interfaces
• Partner with Quality Engineering to oversee certification efforts such as SIL 3
• Manage the control backlog as Product Owner and support go‑to‑market strategies
