Responsibilities
- Act as the primary product champion for all items within the assigned portfolio.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive and cost‑efficient marketing plan, ensuring all initiatives are launched on schedule.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate factors affecting product performance, including competitors, pricing strategies, regulatory requirements, retail channels, and distribution networks.
- Work closely with the Training Manager to design training modules and materials for new Sales team members, and assist in delivering product training sessions.
- Continuously engage with Sales teams to enhance and update their product knowledge.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key opinion leaders within the relevant specialty areas.
