Role: Product Manager
Location: Chennai (6 days in office)
Stage: Early-stage, post product C revenue
Experience: 2-5 years
What you’ll do:
•Own the end-to-end product roadmap for voice AI — from intent design to workflow execution
•Define conversation flows, fallback strategies, and multi-turn orchestration for enterprise use cases
•Translate customer discovery into actionable specs for ML, design, and engineering
•Drive voice AI metrics: task completion rate, intent confidence, latency, and trust score
•Collaborate directly with founders on product strategy and go-to-market positioning
Must Have:
•2–5 yrs PM experience
•Shipped a workflow, automation, or BPM product
•Voice AI or conversational AI product hands-on
•Strong discovery and spec-writing skills
