Role Description
This is a full‑time role based in Barcelona with a hybrid work model, combining on‑site collaboration with flexibility to work from home part of the week. The Product Manager will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of digital products such as loyalty, data, analytics, or omnichannel platforms, from discovery and ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
Day‑to‑day, this role will:
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
- Define and track product metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data, UX/UI, and marketing teams.
- Coordinate product roadmaps across international markets and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
- Manage stakeholders with Lidl business units, gather feedback, validate features, and align product initiatives with the global digital and data strategy.
