About The Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to drive analytics initiatives and competitive intelligence for the Self-Service team. You will partner with the Analytics Lead on instrumentation and data products while building the competitive awareness capability from the ground up.
This role reports to the Director of Self-Service and works closely with Data Engineering, Marketing, Product teams, and Customer Success.
Responsibilities
- Analytics (partnering with Analytics Lead):
- Write specifications for event tracking and instrumentation
- Coordinate implementation with product and engineering teams
- Prioritize analytics backlog based on team needs
- Build and maintain attribution pipeline
- Competitive Intelligence:
- Run quarterly deep‑dive analysis on key competitors
