ABOUT THE ROLE
At nesto, we are building Maestro: an AI platform that makes mortgage professionals dramatically more productive across sales, underwriting, and loan servicing. This is not “AI theater”—Maestro is already live, actively assisting underwriters with real files today.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Turn complex operational reality into clear PRDs, decision logic, and shipped product
- Work closely with ML, engineering, underwriting ops, and business stakeholders to define and deliver the roadmap
- Define and improve the metrics that matter: throughput, time‑to‑decision, accuracy, and capacity gained
- Build tight feedback loops between AI output and expert human judgment
- Keep execution moving in a high‑ambiguity, high‑accountability environment
- Stay ahead of how AI is reshaping mortgage origination and bring informed recommendations to the roadmap
