**What you'll do**:
Job Summary
Supervises the daily activities and assignments of the Product Line Support (PLS) engineering team.
Performs complex engineering relate assignments often requiring development of new or improved products/process/techniques.
Assess feasibility and soundness of proposed engineering test/products/equipment.
Develop yearly strategic plans aligned with Division Engineering and LP operations.
Job Responsibilities
- * Supervises the day to day activities of the PLS engineering team (Lead Engineers, Master Designers, Supervisors).
- Reports status on PLS team assignments, prioritize engineering request, projects and engineering to varius cross functional teams based on Business needs.
- Supports the engineering aspects of cost out activities.
