Eaton's IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Product Line Manager.
**What you'll do**:
**PRIMARY FUNCTION**:
1) The primary responsibility of this position is to manage production activities and resources per established practices and/or policies within their operation area to ensure the timely delivery of quality parts that meet or exceed customer expectations.
This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining a positive employee relationship environment by adherence to Eaton's values, ethics and philosophies.
This position drives a culture of continuous improvement in Production, Materials management, Manufacturing, Quality, and Safety while utilizing the Eaton Business System (EBS) and the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF)
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
1. Proactively implements, promotes and maintains a safe working environment, through diligence in accident prevention, investigation, and equipment maintenance and rule enforcement.
